With a history of running his own businesses, and not having the desire to start another commercial enterprise, in 2010 Stephen took on the provision by Chapter 1 Charity Ltd of housing for homeless families in Buckingham. 

Stephen is passionate about providing the opportunity for people to develop the skills they need for living independently in the community.
